Organic Kitchen Coconut Cream is made from pressed coconut kernel extract - naturally gluten free, additive free and raw. We reduce our carbon footprint by producing and packaging our coconut cream right on the organic plantation in Sri Lanka. It this then shipped to local independent retailers with the minimum amount of packaging and travel miles involved. At Organic Kitchen we have travelled the coconut growing countries of the world to find this product which meets our ethos: premium quality, environmentally friendly, socially responsible and without the use of animal labour. We have audited our producer to ensure workers are paid a living wage for Sri Lanka and we have personally been to the plantations to audit their records and ensure monkeys are not exploited for labour in the harvesting the coconuts.
